Jose Gutierrez is the genius behind such creative and unique floral arrangements and event decor.  It's not really a surprise that this young business owner posesseses such talent due to, the fact that he worked at a flower shop in his hometown in Mexico for many years at a very young age.  When he arrived in Chicago he was able to perfect his expertise and develop his creativity by continuing to work in the same field. His years of experience has given the opportunity to become an international wedding and quinceañera planner as well.
